感谢你使用浮光影集（FLUX F，以下简称"本应用"）。本应用是一款用于管理个人摄影作品、整理分类并生成展图的本地工具。我们非常重视你的隐私，本政策说明了我们如何对待你的信息。
2. 我们收集的信息
本应用不收集、不上传任何与你的作品、相册、操作记录相关的个人信息。你的照片、作品、分类与所有配置数据默认仅保存在你的设备本地。
3. iCloud 同步
当你主动开启 iCloud 同步功能时，你的作品与配置数据将通过 Apple 的 iCloud 服务在你的设备之间同步。该数据由 Apple 依据其隐私政策处理，本应用开发者无法读取、访问或导出其中的任何作品内容。
4. 第三方服务
本应用可能使用以下第三方服务，均在其各自的服务条款与隐私政策约束下运行：
- Apple iCloud（数据同步与备份）
- Sign in with Apple（登录身份，仅向你回传昵称等账号信息）
- 上述服务仅在你主动使用时才被调用。
5. 演示数据
本应用内置 8 张演示图片，均来自 Unsplash（依据 Unsplash License 授权使用），图片版权归原作者所有，可在应用内"更多 → 清空演示数据"随时清除。演示图片附带的拍摄参数与 EXIF 信息均为模拟示例。
6. 儿童隐私
本应用面向一般公众，不以 13 周岁以下儿童为目标用户，亦不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
7. 数据安全与删除
由于作品数据存储于你的设备与个人 iCloud 中，你可以随时删除任意作品，或卸载应用以移除全部本地数据。备份导出（ZIP）由你自行保管。
8. 政策更新
若本政策发生变更，我们将在本页面公布更新后的版本并修订生效日期。

1. Introduction
Thank you for using FLUX F ("the App"), a local tool for managing your personal photography portfolio, organizing categories, and generating framed images. We take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we handle your information.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not collect or upload any personal information relating to your photos, albums, or usage history. Your photos, works, categories, and configuration data remain on your device by default.
3. iCloud Sync
If you voluntarily enable iCloud Sync, your portfolio and configuration data are synchronized between your devices through Apple's iCloud service. Such data is processed by Apple under its own privacy policy. The developer of the App cannot read, access, or export any of your content.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and only when you actively use them:
- Apple iCloud (data sync and backup)
- Sign in with Apple (authentication; only your account info such as nickname is returned)
- No other third-party SDKs that collect personal data are integrated.
5. Demo Data
The App ships with 8 built-in demo photos sourced from Unsplash and used under the Unsplash License. Copyright belongs to their respective authors. Users can remove them anytime via More → Clear Demo Data. The shooting parameters and EXIF info attached to these photos are illustrative sample data.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for the general public, is not directed to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data Security & Deletion
Because your data lives on your device and in your personal iCloud, you may delete any work at any time, or uninstall the App to remove all local data. ZIP backups are kept and managed by you.
8. Policy Changes
If this policy changes, an updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
