1. 协议的适用与全球有效性

本最终用户许可协议（下称"本协议"）是您与开发者王子康（Zikang Wang）之间就使用本应用达成的法律协议。本协议在提供本应用的全球所有国家与地区内同等有效，适用于全球范围内的所有用户，无论其所在司法管辖区。下载、安装或使用本应用即表示您同意受本协议约束。

2. 许可授予

在您遵守本协议的前提下，开发者授予您一项个人、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，允许您在您拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上，为个人、非商业或经开发者另行许可的目的下载并使用本应用。

3. 使用限制

您不得对本应用进行以下行为：

• 反向工程、反编译、反汇编或试图提取其源代码；
• 复制、修改、再分发、转售或出租本应用；
• 删除、遮蔽或篡改应用内任何版权、商标或其他权属声明；
• 将本应用用于任何非法目的或侵犯第三方权益的活动。

4. 付费功能与订阅

• 本应用提供免费功能与可选的会员（Pro）付费功能。付费功能通过 Apple 的 App 内购买（In-App Purchase）完成，付款、订阅自动续订及退款均遵循 Apple Media Services 条款与 App Store 的相关规则。
• 订阅（如月度/年度）将在订阅期结束前自动续订，除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时在系统"设置 → Apple ID → 订阅"中关闭自动续订。
• 您可随时在应用内或系统设置中管理、取消订阅或恢复购买。
• 开发者可能基于版本与权益结构调整部分免费额度，具体以应用内说明为准。

5. 知识产权

本应用及其所有内容、界面、代码、Logo、图标及文档的知识产权均归开发者所有。本协议未授予您的任何权利均由开发者保留。内置 Unsplash 演示图片版权归其原作者所有。

6. 免责声明

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按"现状"与"现有"基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的保证。开发者不保证本应用不会中断或无误。

7. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。若存在责任，开发者累计责任不超过您为使用本应用实际支付的费用（如有）。

8. 终止

您可以随时停止使用并删除本应用。若您违反本协议，开发者有权终止您的许可。终止后，本协议授予您的许可立即失效。

9. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（不包括其冲突法规则）。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。本条款不影响消费者依据其所在国家或地区强制性法律享有的权利。

10. 协议变更

开发者可不时更新本协议，更新后将在本页面公布并修订生效日期。重大变更将提前提示。您在变更生效后继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的协议。

1. Scope and Worldwide Applicability

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer, Zikang Wang, regarding your use of the App. This Agreement applies equally in every country and region worldwide where the App is made available, and to all users regardless of their jurisdiction. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes or as otherwise licensed by the developer.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• copy, modify, redistribute, resell, or rent the App;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of third parties.

4. Paid Features & Subscriptions

• The App offers free features and optional Pro paid features. Paid features are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase; payments, auto-renewing subscriptions, and refunds follow the Apple Media Services Terms and App Store rules.
• Subscriptions (e.g., monthly/yearly) renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, by turning off auto-renewal under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• You may manage, cancel, or restore purchases at any time in the App or in your system settings.
• The developer may adjust certain free quotas based on version or entitlement changes, as described in the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its content, interface, code, logo, icon, and documentation, belong to the developer. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved. Unsplash demo photos are copyrighted by their respective authors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the App. To the extent liability exists, the developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you actually paid (if any) for the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using and delete the App at any time. The developer may terminate your license if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, the license granted herein terminates immediately.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes arising out of this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if not resolved, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court at the developer's location. Nothing in this clause limits the rights of consumers under mandatory laws of their country or region.

10. Changes to This Agreement

The developer may update this Agreement from time to time; updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be announced in advance. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
